Procedure for getting information
Any person who wishes to seek information under the right to information act 2005 can file an application in form-A, to the public Information Officer Disha Bharti College of Management & Education, Saharanpur.
A normal application fee of โน10 per application will be charged by way of cash or a Postal Order in favor of ‘The Principal’ , Disha Bharti College of Management & Education, Saharanpur and payable Punjab & Sind Bank, Saharanpur for supply of information. A sum of Rs.2/- per page for supply of photocopy of document (s) under the control of Principal.
The office will endeavor to provide the information in the shortest possible time subject to a maximum of 30 days.
In case, any person does not get a response from the PIOs within 30 days of the submission of form-A or is aggrieved by the response received within the prescribed period, he/she may file appeal to the following.
