    The Institutional Development Plan   1.1 INTRODUCTORY NOTE Disha Bharti College of Management & Education is a multidisciplinary college in Saharanpur one of the developing cities of Uttar Pradesh. It is a professional college improving day by day and performing better and better in the city. The college was established on 30th march 2010 under the patronage of Shri Sushil Agarwal, an eminent professional personality and with the blessings of Sant Shri Vijay Kaushal Ji Maharaj. Its founding mentors are Shri YashPal Bhatia, Chairman, Shri Arvind Agarwal, Vice Chairman, Shri Rajeev Agarwal, Secretary, Shri Rajeev Kalia , Vice Secretary and Shri Ashok Chawla Treasurer. The College is led towards progress under the able leadership of Shri Gauravh Agarwal and principal Dr. Kashi Ram Sharma. Since its inception College has been fulfilling the educational needs of society in the city. The college currently offers:-
    • Bachelor in Business Administrator (BBA)
    • Bachelor in Computer Application(BCA)
    • Bachelor in Science (Computer Science) (BSc(CS))
    • Bachelor in Commerce(B.Com)
    • Bachelor in Arts (BA: Hindi, English, Political Science, Education, Economics, Psychology, History)
    • Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)
    The college has a well-qualified and progressive faculty that keeps on learning and upgrading itself in its key areas and specialized fields. The key motto of imparting education by college has been providing expertise on their subjects to the students. The college maximizes the student and teacher participation towards resource utilization. The faculty in the college try resource mobilization to pursue its goals. The key aspect or motto has been complete syllabus coverage. Every faculty strives to complete the syllabus within stipulated schedule. The college owns a digital library DelNet. The faculty aims towards developing creative and critical thinking of students by organizing guest Lectures, Industrial Visits, seminars and workshops. Personality Development program for the students removes their inhibition and enhance their personality to prepare them for competent evaluation of the employing industries. College is a prudent choice for learning professional courses in a city like Saharanpur. Disha Bharti has become the best source to enlighten the knowledge. The college strives to foster technological innovation and business excellence by nurturing their academic and practical knowledge.
